Rose Pistachio Marble Cookies

 🌹 Rose Pistachio Marble Cookies 🌿




A beautiful blend of floral rose and nutty pistachio in delicate marble-pattern cookies.

Ingredients

Rose Dough

  • 40 g unsalted butter (softened)

  • 18 g icing sugar

  • Crushed dry rose petals

  • ½ tsp rose milk essence

  • 62 g all-purpose flour

  • A pinch of salt

Pistachio Dough

  • 40 g unsalted butter (softened)

  • 18 g icing sugar

  • ½ tsp pistachio milk essence

  • 15 g pistachio flour

  • 50 g all-purpose flour

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rose Dough
    Cream the butter and icing sugar until smooth. Add crushed dry rose petals and rose milk essence. Fold in all-purpose flour and salt. Knead gently into a soft dough.

  2. Prepare the Pistachio Dough
    Cream the butter and icing sugar until smooth. Add pistachio milk essence. Fold in pistachio flour, all-purpose flour, and salt. Knead into a soft dough.

  3. Create the Marble Effect
    Lightly combine the rose and pistachio doughs together to create a marble pattern. Do not overmix.

  4. Shape the Cookies
    Roll the dough and cut into circular cookies.

  5. Bake
    Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 10–12 minutes.

  6. Cool & Enjoy
    Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
