Mini garlic pizza


Garlic is my all-time-favourite.  So, I just tried out the same with pizza and I luved it!!  The combo with pizza, cheese worked out quite well!!!





Ingredients required


  • Readymade pizza base-1
  • Cubed paneer and capsicum - 1 cup
  • Amul cheese slice - 2 (or as required)
  • Garlic finely sliced - 25 pods
  • Soy sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil, as required

To be mixed as pizza topping
  • Schezwan sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Mayyonaise - 1/4 cup

Method

Using any circular shaped lid (of any vessel) cut pizza base into three to four tiny circles, keep aside.
Semi-fry capsicum and paneer cubes in oil, keep aside.



In a kadaai, add garlic pieces, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, soy sauce, chilly sauce.   Saute this till gravy becomes thick and garlic gets coated with sauces very well.  Switch off the flame.



To this garlic sauce, add semi-fried panner and capsicum cubes. This is the filling.


Take the mini-pizza's.  Spread the topping (which is equal proportions of schezwan sauce and mayo)


Top them up with filling



And crumbled cheese pieces


Bake them at 150 degree celsius for ten minutes or till cheese melts.  Enjoy!!


Hmm.... yummooooooooo mini-snack!!
