15 g pistachio flour

50 g all-purpose flour

Instructions

Prepare the Rose Dough
Cream the butter and icing sugar until smooth. Add crushed dry rose petals and rose milk essence. Fold in all-purpose flour and salt. Knead gently into a soft dough. -
Prepare the Pistachio Dough
Cream the butter and icing sugar until smooth. Add pistachio milk essence. Fold in pistachio flour, all-purpose flour, and salt. Knead into a soft dough. -
Create the Marble Effect
Lightly combine the rose and pistachio doughs together to create a marble pattern. Do not overmix. -
Shape the Cookies
Roll the dough and cut into circular cookies. -
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 10–12 minutes. -
