I never thought that preparation for this yummy dessert wud be ssoooo simple, yes the entire preparation time was like less than half an hour. The taste was soo cool and drool-worthy...
- Custard powder- 2 tsp
- Salt, a pinch
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Egg yolks - 2
- Dairymilk choclate bar - Desired amount to soot ur choclaty buds
- Vanilla ice cream and strawberries, to garnish
In a broad vessel/pan mix custard powder, salt, cocoa powder and sugar. Mix properly
Slowly add in egg yolks and milk, such that dry mixture dissolves completely with yolk and milk
Meanwhile, in a double-boiler set up, melt choclate
Introduce the pan into heat, wait till the first bubble appear, after which simmer the flame. After five minutes, keep the pan off the stove and strain using the metal strainer into a bowl.
After the mixture is strained, add the melted choclate in double-boiler set. Mix very well. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for minimum four to five hours
Serve chilled with vanilla ice cream and strawberry... enjoy...
