Kekadacha soup (Crab soup)

Crabmeat is a high-protein, low-calorie and carbohydrate-free food. It is also noted that although crab contains a small amount of fat, the fat is unsaturated, which is considered healthy, thus adding crab meat as a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce risk of heart attack and cancer, improve memory.

Ingredients required:

Onion shallots 3-4(finely chopped), tomato one(Finely chopped), Finely chopped coriander and mint leaves, crab pieces (7-10), ground masala composed of 10-12 garlic pods, one spoon jeera and one spoon peppercorn

 Method:

In a vessel add oil and saute onions, greenies, followed by tomato and ground masala

Then finally add crab pieces and pour in dash of water, cook in simmer flame for twenty minutes till the crab gets done

Now when crab is almost done, take the pieces alone. (Wash the pieces as they may be coated with soup masalas and pour the washed water into the soup vessel)

Now remove the crab meat by using any strong object for crushing the crab shell like mortor and pestle, put back the crab meat into vessel

Now our crab soup is ready to serve.  Serve hot.  Your kids will love this..
