Chocolate eclairs - Baking partners challenge
Thanks to Baking partners for suggesting the same as honestly speaking the topic was quite new to me, but after coming across the recipes and few videos, I understood that chocolate eclairs is a french pastry filled with choco-custard cream (and also any fruit custard cream) and topped with choco glaze. The very difference of this to other pastry form is that the basic dough is first cooked in stove first, mixed with flour, then added to beaten eggs to obtain a glazy form. I followed the pastry recipe by www.joyofbaking.com

Summer spl event & giveaway - Winner announcement
Hi guys, so we are meeting after quite a loooonnnggg time, isn't it?? Yes, I had a nice vacation at chennai and on return, my camera broke down. Am sad, bcoz literally it has broken down the bloggy stuff, but tooo happy on other side, as shama has promised me a new one :) So, let us get back to my first summer spl giveaway and event, if you had asked me few months before, about organizing events I would have said that it should be an easy task, but no... preparing event pics, registering with linkedin, following linked up posts, visiting them and thanking for link-up were ofcourse on easier side. But, deciding winners with stunning 94 posts is really, really tough though you go for an random numbering style.
I would thank all of you for contributing such beautiful, delecious posts for my event, thank you all!!

Fruits Charlotte Cake
I had to make this as member of honourable group, potluck party, cyber style challenge hosted by Jagruti mam. Adapted original recipe from tangy minds, kindly take a look as the preparation is made very professionally, thanks to tangy minds blog I am able to make this!!
To begin with I was holidaying at chennai in order to attend my sister's marriage. At chennai's residance there was no oven available, hence I was not able to prepare my own lady's finger cookies!! And to top with lots of marriage preparations, confusions delayed my preparation and post a loongg, now I am back but still feeling tired and feverish from journey and marriage tension. Hope I recover soon!!

🍕 New York Style Pizza From Scratch (Homemade | Eggless | Indian Kitchen Friendly)
Ever wondered, “Can I make perfect New York style pizza at home from scratch?”
I had the same question — and this recipe answered it beautifully!
I had earlier made pizza using a readymade base, but when the baking challenge came up, I finally tried making homemade pizza dough from scratch. Managing home, kids, and daily cooking usually left little time for baking. Unlike regular cooking, baking needs precision — exact measurements, timing, and patience.
Still, I gave it a try, followed a simple method, and the result? A soft, chewy pizza base with a delicious homemade sauce — and lots of appreciation from family!
🌿 Homemade Pizza Seasoning (Alternative to Domino’s sachets)
If you don’t have ready seasoning, use:
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Pinch red chilli flakes
- Basil (fresh or dried)
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper
