Ingredients required
- 4 tsp oil
- 1 tsp whole cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies broken
- 4 tsp finely chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 cup pureed onions (which are boiled in hot water)
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp dhanya powder
- Salt, as per taste
- 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup each of chopped beans, potato, capsicum, carrot
- 100ml of fresh cream

Mini garlic pizza
Garlic is my all-time-favourite. So, I just tried out the same with pizza and I luved it!! The combo with pizza, cheese worked out quite well!!!
Ingredients required
- Readymade pizza base-1
- Cubed paneer and capsicum - 1 cup
- Amul cheese slice - 2 (or as required)
- Garlic finely sliced - 25 pods
- Soy sauce - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly sauce - 1 tsp

Ingredients
For the Curry
- 250 g chicken
- 3 tsp oil
For the Masala Paste
- 1 roasted capsicum, deskinned, deseeded, and finely chopped
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh fenugreek (methi) leaves
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp cashew paste (made from 4 cashews)
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp yogurt (dahi)
- 2 tsp poppy seeds (khus khus)
- 1 tsp grated coconut
- 4–5 garlic cloves
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 1 tsp crushed cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 tsp peppercorns
Shortcut: You may replace the last six ingredients with 1 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
Method
Step 1: Roast the Capsicum
Roast the capsicum directly over an open flame until blackened and charred on all sides.
Step 2: Prepare the Masala Paste
Allow the capsicum to cool. Remove the skin and seeds, then chop it finely.
Blend the roasted capsicum along with all the ingredients listed under "Masala Paste" to form a smooth green paste.
Step 3: Cook the Curry
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add the chicken and prepared green masala paste. Mix well and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Step 4: Serve
Garnish with a swirl of fresh cream and serve hot.

- 1 packet mushrooms (cleaned, washed and cut into halves)
- 3–4 tsp chopped capsicum
For the Masala
- 1 onion (blended into a paste)
- 1 green chilli (deseeded and finely chopped)
- ½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- 10–12 garlic pods (finely chopped)
Spice Mix
- ½ tsp salt
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
Method
Step 1 – Prepare the Garlic Base
Heat oil in a kadai. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown and aromatic.
Add jeera and chopped green chilli and sauté for a few seconds.
Step 2 – Cook the Onion Paste
Add the onion paste and cook on medium flame until it turns light brown and the raw smell disappears.
Step 3 – Add Mushrooms & Capsicum
Now add the spice mix along with mushrooms and chopped capsicum.
Cook on medium flame for about 25–30 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and well coated with masala.
Step 4 – Garnish & Serve
Finish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and a few drops of lime juice for extra freshness.
Serve hot with:
