My second dish for J odyssey's potluck party . I made this today and everybody enjoyed it. My daughter varsha, liked it and carved for more. So, let us move to recipe.
In a small pan, combine water and sugar, bring it to boil. After passing two string consistency, sugar will become light amber colour. Do not stir and light colour will turn golden brown, now add nuts and switch off the stove. Mix the nuts carefully with caramelised sugar. There are many videos on youtube to explain sugar caramelisation. You can view them for more clarity. Now pour this over butter sheet and spread carefully till it sets. This usually takes for about ten to fifteen minutes.
